Welcome to the property owner section of the Barton Creek Living website. This site is intended to serve all owners in the community by providing access to governing documents, to neighborhood contact information and by answering commonly asked questions about Barton Creek.

There are three master property owners associations within Barton Creek, each of which covers one or more neighborhoods that may also have their own individual sub-associations. Membership in the associations is mandatory and all property owners are subject to the restrictions and guidelines set forth for their association.

The master associations are:

Barton Creek South Property Owners Association
The Association governs Escala Drive, Mirador Drive and 3201-3565 Lost Creek Boulevard. These neighborhoods do not have individual sub-associations.

Barton Creek Southwest Property Owners Association
The Southwest POA currently covers Calera Court only, but additional neighborhoods will be added soon. The Calera Court Condominium Association also governs Calera Court.

Barton Creek North Master Property Owners Association
Property owners in The Terraces, Watersmark, North Rim, The Ridge, The Woods, Woods II, Woods III, The Fairways, Governor's Hill, The Foothills and Wimberly Lane are subject to governance by the Barton Creek North POA. Each neighborhood is also subject to individual sub-associations. (Also note that properties in phase two of Wimberly Lane are subject to a separate Architectural Control Committee than other property owners in the Barton Creek North POA.)
